The room on offer The room up for rent is a good sized double. It comes with a double bed (only 3 months old and hardly slept in double fronted mirrored wardrobe with built in draws and another large chest of draws. The room is light and airy with wooden flooring and the window looks out on to the back garden. There is plenty of extra space in the room if you have your own furniture e.g a desk. As well as this there are loads of extra storage space in the house including a loft. The rest of the house Lounge Dining room Large open plan lounge dining room. The lounge is kitted out with the standard furniture we have a fire which will be lovely and cosy in winter and sky Tv. Connected to the lounge is a good sized dining room (great for having mates round for dinner. Garden Decent sized garden lovely for the summer. We have lots of plant pots a bbq and a large wooden table and chairs. The door at the opposite end of the garden leads to the utility room area washing machine and drying area and generally a storage area for tools and garden equipment. Kitchen Really good sized bright kitchen with all mod cons. Fridge freezer microwave dishwasher gas hob electric oven etc. I love to cook so have quite a bit of kitchen equipment which the rest of the housemates are more than welcome to use.
