Close to all amenities with a large Tesco located just around the corner. Rent is £420 per month plus power gas and internet which comes to £25 and another £88 for council tax per month. We eat communally source food cheaply and collectively and communicate well via regular house meetings. I got offered a job in different country and need to leave within next two weeks therefore looking preferably for a easy to get along student but professionals welcome too Room itself has a new bed carpet desk and has been painted over the summer. Also comes with a nice table next to the bed wardrobe cupboard and sink. I am also leaving behind a nice comfy business chair. 2 Bathrooms one has a shower the other a nice bathtub. House is in excellent location for Uwe students as U5 bus stop is 30 seconds away and U1 and U2 around 2mins. For all shopping needs large tesco store 5 minutes walk next to large park to chill at Kellaway Avenue. House rooms kitchen and back yard had been renovated over the summer so no surprises. We also have a gardener. Garden has a nice Bbq area and also a shed where we setup a little gym. Living room has a nice Tv with Sky and two big comfy sofas as well as a table to eat dinner. Big double room in friendly gay house in Cowley. The house is furnished and the bedroom has a double bed desk wardrobe chest of drawers. The house also has broadband WiFi sky dish washer washing machine and tumble dryer. Rent and bills come to £450 per month and this covers all energy council tax tv licence sky water and internet.
