I have a double bedroom in a shared house of 6 other Student Nurses and Primary School Teacher. The house is in a great location just off of Cowley road with the nearest bus to the city centre and hospital just down the road a mere 3-4 minute walk. The rent each month includes all utilities including wireless internet. There is parking all along the road and i have never had a problem finding a space there. We have a garage where you can store your bike as many of the girls do and a fair sized garden. The room has a door that goes straight out onto the back garden which is lovely in the summer but keeps the heat in in the winter. A not to be missed opportunity to form a new house share by taking a double room in a very attractive and modernised house in mint condition. You will live with the subletter (myself) as one of four independent house sharers (sorry no couples. It is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in a kind of Cowley meets Littlemore area of Ox4 around 10 mins if that walk from Cowley shops. The rooms are good for double beds 2 at similar size and one a bit smaller. There is a garden at front and a really nice neat one to the rear and no garage but there is parking space and an area inside the house that I am designating for bicycles if they fit beside mine and my little motorbike. The house share will be mainly profs because if you are a student you will still need to pay a quarter of the council tax. No Dss please. There is a resident cat very friendly. It is a none smoking house but if you do smoke as long its done respectfully and always outside then it s ok. If you think it sounds then I would be really please to show you around. If you googlemap the post code the approximate address comes up as part of the street that s not within shot of the house and not nearly as pleasing to the eye as the real one a 1930 s semi detached (but additionally insulated surrounded by gardens. The rents range from £410 425 but that includes council tax water and internet. Gas and electric are excluded.
