Easy Room Mate

Hi there. My name is Jen and my flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend in December therefore I am seeking a new flatmate to rent with on equal terms. I am not a landlord. The tenancy expires on 17 December and therefore we would be starting a new contract with the agency. Tired of renting a room only and living with landlords my flatmate and I moved into this central Abingdon flat last December with a view to enjoying the whole flat. It has been similar money to renting a room only but has felt much more like home and it has been great being able to use the cupboards storage throughout the flat rather than keep all our worldly possessions in one room We are 2 minutes walk from Waitrose and also 2 minutes from the bus stop to Oxford Didcot and Milton Park. The bus service is excellent and serves Oxford every 10 minutes in peak times. We are 5 minutes walk from the centre of town and a gorgeous park with a lock which is lovely for walks. Everything is on the doorstep. The flat is secure on the first floor and is modern light and spacious. The roomy entrance hall leads to a huge triple aspect fully furnished living room. The kitchen dining room is large with plenty of cupboard space and a dining table that can seat 8 or more. It contains the usual washing machine dishwasher etc. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The available double bedroom contains a new double bed and small chest of drawers. There is room for a wardrobe but you would need to provide this my flatmate uses the canvas type. You will have your own private bathroom which contains a bath and shower hose. There is one underground parking space available and bike storage. Rent is £425. Bills are shared and so far have worked out (approximately) on a monthly basis as follows Council tax £154 2 £72 Electricity £45 2 £22.50 Gas £30 2 £15 Water £35 2 £17.50 Sky WiFi Phone (free eve wknd calls 30 2 £15 I am a young at heart 37 year old who enjoys socialising but who also works hard and respects the need for peace and quiet. I am hoping to find someone like-minded (ideally female but open to sharing with a guy minimum age late twenties who is clean and tidy but relaxed and who is looking to make themselves at home. Please note that the current tenancy is up for renewal on 17 December and therefore I am either seeking a new flatmate to move in Or to buddy up with and find a new property with.
