Easy Room Mate

This is a cheap and cheerfull single room above a great little country pub in the Oxfordshire countryside. The flat is shared with two members of staff and another person renting a room. All the people in the flat keep themselves to themselves and respect each others belongings and privacy. All the rooms are locked have fire alarms and only you and I would have a key and I would only go in without your permision in an emergency. The flat is not the ritz hence the price but it isnt a dive so if your looking for a nice little room to put your head down in then this is it. We are less than two miles from Williams F1 8 miles from Didcot power station and 6 miles from Harwell. We are 1 miles from Grove 4 miles from Wantage 8 miles from Didcot 8 miles from Faringdon and 18 miles from Oxford or Swindon so very central. We are not on a bus route. The price for the room is £65 per week all in we dont have a phone in the flat but there is free Wifi. When you move in I require two weeks rent as a deposit and then a weeks rent in advance. The deposit is fully returned when you leaev as long as you are upto date with rent and have left the room as you found it. Please contact me for any further information
