    stay in a cooed small house or rent out a flat with 3 or 4 roommates…i like the small cooeds because you become friends with everyone in the house very quickly….if u want a lot of friends many of whom are girls then small house is the way to go

    The house when the student graduated lots of income and sell the house when the house rent.
