What is the etiquette when sharing a house?

I have never shared a house before but next year when I graduate it’s all I will be able to afford. I was wondering how people manage to have a *** life in this living arangment. I mean if you go out partying is it ok to bring someone home if you feel like it or to have a partner stay over if you have one?

    Whatever you decide, definately have this talk with your roomate before you sign a lease, and have it in writing. Consider it a Pre-nup without the marriage lol.

    The walls were thin my neighbors complained to me couple times but told them couldnt help it.

    yea why not?its your house too!!..you can do what you want but i guess to avoid arguments w/your roomate you should let her/him know ahead of time if its ok..maybe they will be busy that night studying for a test and dont want people over that night..its being cosiderate
