A not to be missed opportunity to form a new house share by taking a double room in a very attractive and modernised house in mint condition. You will live with the subletter (myself) as one of four independent house sharers (sorry no couples. If you googlemap the post code the approximate address comes up as part of the street that s not within shot of the house and not nearly as pleasing to the eye as the real one a 1930 s semi detached (but additionally insulated surrounded by gardens. The rents range from £410 425 but that includes council tax water and internet. Gas and electric are excluded.
