There are three bedrooms each of us has our own plus the room we are renting out. It is the biggest room in the flat. The flat has been completely renovated by us and is to a very high standard and quality- please see the photos for details. To move in you must pay 2 months total rent it will cover your first month of rent plus deposit you will receive the deposit back upon move out. For short term lets however (1-3months only) a deposit will not be required. So you would just have to pay the first months rent to move in. Dietary Lifestyle Requirements -No pork is allowed in the house at any time -No pets -We are on the first floor and there is no lift please keep in mind if you have any disabilities Off street parking is available at no extra charge or if you have a scooter or bike there are secure areas to keep them.
