I have a nice spacious room to rent in a friendly student house. Shared with 5 very nice and easy to get along lads who are year 3 and year 2 students at Uwe. I got offered a job in different country and need to leave within next two weeks therefore looking preferably for a easy to get along student but professionals welcome too Room itself has a new bed carpet desk and has been painted over the summer. Also comes with a nice table next to the bed wardrobe cupboard and sink. I am also leaving behind a nice comfy business chair. 2 Bathrooms one has a shower the other a nice bathtub. House is in excellent location for Uwe students as U5 bus stop is 30 seconds away and U1 and U2 around 2mins. For all shopping needs large tesco store 5 minutes walk next to large park to chill at Kellaway Avenue. House rooms kitchen and back yard had been renovated over the summer so no surprises. We also have a gardener. Garden has a nice Bbq area and also a shed where we setup a little gym. Living room has a nice Tv with Sky and two big comfy sofas as well as a table to eat dinner.
