Ask them to move out. If they won’t move and you are both on the lease, then contact your LL to let them know that you are moving out. If this person is not on the lease, just tell them to go, and if they put up a fuss, make it very unfriendly to them- Lock the fridge, start putting their stuff in their room, etc.
