My husband and I are looking to move to London. What can I expect to pay for a modest flat in the city?

When I say Modest, I want something clean and presentable but it does not have to be very big. Just big enough for two people to live comfortably.
We will only be there for 2 years so I am trying to see what the rent would be.
Can you please let me know if it is Per Month or Per Week.

Is it hard to find a flat in London that allows small dogs?

if you are looking to rent then you are looking at around £1000 – £1500 per month depending on if you want a flat or a bedsit.
