There is a very green and featured garden which the dining room looks onto a characterful kitchen and comfortable separate lounge also looking out onto the garden. There is central heating and the house usually stays nice and warm over the winter. There is good internet connection and all mod cons and rent is inclusive of all bills.At the moment I live here with Mike and we both fit the following descriptions of an ideal housemate .I am 37 and Mike from Nz is 30. I would like the third housemate to be someone relaxed and easy to have a chat with whilst independent with many active interests and enthusiasm for life At the moment we are two people like this Happy to meet people from other countries as I am a traveller so any foreign influence is especially welcome.
