Hi my name is Riccardo (more about me below) and I have two rooms to rent to tidy sociable and friendly people. One very large double room available at 380 month and one single room available at 270 month. The house is clean and tidy with a new kitchen bathroom and living room. The area is safe nice and quiet. If you use the bus the bus stop is at 2 minutes from front door (15 min to town centre. The train station is at 10 min walk. Brighton University 10 minute walk. Shops and pub 3 minutes walk. Gym 10 minute walk. If you have a car there is plenty of parking space. Bills are not included in the price but the beautiful view is ) The bills including Gas Electricity Water High speed Internet Tv licence Cable Telephone line and Council taxes (to be shared even if you are a student) come to between 80 and 100 per persone per month. About me I am Italian but have been living in England for more than 10 years. I am very sociable and friendly and I am looking for equally nice and friendly people to share the house. I have my own business and I enjoy socialising playing squash cooking camping and skiing (looking forward to going in February and scuba diving. About the people moving in Clean and tidy and respectful of the house as I am just renovating it. Friendly as I prefer to share the house with friends rather than just housemates you say hi once a week to. Ideally non smokers but if you smoke outside the house that is ok.
