Ive got three rooms to rent available immediately in a large clean spacious house with two bathrooms and a large garden. The smallest room is £350 and then theres a double for £425 and another for £500. Im ideally looking for single people but if you would like to rent as a couple please call me to discuss a price. The house is 2 minutes from the beach has local shops and amenities nearby and is a short bus ride to the centre of Brighton.
