What hotels will rent a room to an 18 year old in Milwaukee, WI?

I was planning on renting a room for my 18th birthday for one night for maybe 3 friends of mine and myself, but it seems a lot of hotels will only rent to people 21+. Also, if anyone knows of any hotels that will, does it matter if one or more of the people staying in the room with me are under 18? Do they need some type of parental permission at all?
