How old do you have to be to rent a hotel room in Kentucky?

On a recent weekend trip I tried to rent a hotel room in Indiana and they informed us that it’s state law now to be at least 21 years old to do so. I managed to get the room anyway because I had already booked and payed for it online, but I know I can’t do it again.

So how old do you have to be in Kentucky? I thought it was 18 everywhere [I'm 19] but apparently not in Indiana.

Agencies that rent house in Virginia Beach?

Me and 7 of my friends want to go down to Virginia Beach this summer, and we have already started looking for a house to rent. We want a house that will sleep about 12 people, and are ready to pay enough money.

However, the main agency let us know that they only rent houses to families. We are disapointment and are lookin for an agency that would rent to 18 year olds. If anybody know information on this, thanks.
