If my room mate throws a party with alcohol and I’m not drinking do I get in trouble if the party gets busted?

If you are there, they will suspect you of it. If you are underage, leave. Even if you don’t drink it, you are there. They will make you take a test to make sure you didn’t, but, why chance it, just leave.
